March is Nutrition Month!

DIETITIANS OF CANADA - March is Nutrition MonthNutrition Month is presented by dieticians across Canada and this year the focus is on eating healthy all day long even when you are not in your home. Think about how you could use this idea in a Healthy Together session or at work. Develop a Bright Idea such as finding and making recipes ”to go” for busy mornings or healthy brown bag lunch recipes. Share your ideas with us and we can feature you in a future blog post. The first three responses will receive a nutrition month prize! Include a picture if you can and we will post this with your great Nutrition Month Bright Idea!
